GRANTING OF CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DETAILS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003
I hereby consent to the processing of my personal details by the Controller in order that my details may be passed on to the Firm Owner, for the purposes indicated in the guidance notes provided by the Controller in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003.

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for the agriturismo Le Torri. The booking will be confirmed after your downpayment, accepting the cancellation conditions.


Bookings:
To confirm your booking we usually ask for a down payment of 30% of total price.
Cancellation Policy:
•From reservation to 45 days before check in: we charge you 50% of deposit
•From 45 days before check in: we charge you 100% of deposit.
•The rest of the account should be settled when you check in/check out.
